Who I Am

I have been buying houses in Atlanta for many years and have dealt with many different people who have had different motivations for wanting to sell their house. I assist folks like yourself, solve their home problems and look forward to providing as much help as possible even if the property is not one that I'm interested in buying. I would love to help you with what ever problem you are trying to overcome. Maybe you inherited a house you don't want! Maybe you have to relocate and move out of state for a new job or maybe you are just trying to figure out what your house might be worth. What ever the situation, I would like to hear from you.

I'm different from a Realtor or a big company who's main motivation is to get the listing. My motivation is to help you and I can do so by buying your house fast, for cash, and with as little hassle as possible. Paying cash allows me to close on your house within a couple days if necessary. If you need more time to move your belongs out of the house or to find a new house to move into, I can accommodate that as well as I have done for other folks I have worked with.
